Watch Face Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to every Wear OS watch face published by Joseph Tyree under the Karnytine and Karnytine Labs names, including Karnytine Golf, Karnytine Aperture, and future products in the Karnytine Faces lineup (collectively, the “Watch Faces”).

Information Karnytine collects

The Watch Faces do not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit personal information or device data to Karnytine or to a Karnytine-operated server. They do not include advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, user accounts, or an independent cloud service.

On-device data and complications

A Watch Face may display data supplied by Wear OS, the device manufacturer, or a complication provider selected by you. Depending on your configuration, this may include:

The Watch Face uses this information locally to render the complication or perform the shortcut you selected. Karnytine does not receive or retain this data. Permissions, collection, accuracy, refresh timing, and processing by Wear OS, the manufacturer, or the selected provider are governed by that party's own settings, terms, and privacy policy.

Network access and location

The Watch Faces do not independently request internet access or location permission. A system service or complication provider may use network or location information to supply content such as local weather or sunrise and sunset times. That processing occurs under the provider's privacy practices, not through a Karnytine-operated service.

Google Play and device services

Google Play processes downloads, purchases, license checks, refunds, and installation information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Google Play and device platforms may also provide developers with aggregated or diagnostic information, such as installation counts, device compatibility, crashes, or performance reports. Karnytine does not add independent tracking technology to the Watch Faces for this purpose.

Support communications

If you contact support@karnytine.com, you voluntarily provide your email address and whatever information you include in the message. That information is used to respond, troubleshoot, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the Watch Faces and their users. It is not sold or used for advertising. Please do not send sensitive health, financial, or account credentials in a support request.

Retention and security

Because the Watch Faces do not send personal or complication data to Karnytine, Karnytine does not retain that data. Support correspondence may be retained only as reasonably necessary for support, legal, security, and business-record purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used for information we receive, but no email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's privacy

The Watch Faces are general-audience personalization products and are not directed to children. They do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support request, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where required.

Your choices

You control which complications and providers are assigned through your watch and device settings. You may remove a complication, change its provider, revoke provider permissions, or uninstall a Watch Face at any time. Requests concerning a support communication may be sent to the address below, subject to records we must retain for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the Watch Faces, applicable law, or our data practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a future Watch Face collects information beyond the practices described here, its store listing and this policy will be updated before that collection begins where required.
